At BNB Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, all sales are subject to the policy below.
🛑 Final Sale on Opened Supplements
Because our products are ingestible dietary supplements, all opened or used products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This policy complies with health regulations and is standard within the supplement industry.
Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
You may qualify for a replacement or refund only if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
Note: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Full name used on the order
- Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
*Failure to provide photos may result in denial of the claim.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Opened, used, or partially used products.
- Broken safety seals not caused by shipping.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
- Results not meeting personal expectations (Individual results may vary).
- Theft after delivery confirmation (tracking shows "Delivered").
Chargeback & Fraud Protection
By completing a purchase, the customer agrees that filing a chargeback without first contacting BNB Nutrition may result in account restriction and submission of order documentation to the payment processor regarding our Final Sale policy.
