Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders received before 2:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.
- Standard Shipping (US): Typically takes 2–6 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 1–3 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time as it makes its way to you.
Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details.
- Missing Packages: If a shipment is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office or the carrier directly with your tracking number. BNB Nutrition is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
- Damaged Items: Please report any shipping damage to us within 3 business days of delivery. You must provide photo evidence of the damage for us to process a replacement.
